• Charge your device completely
• Have a working SIM Card
• Back up all your data via the Nokia Suite
•  Make sure that your internet connection on your computer if fully functional and that it is sufficient for the update
• Ensure that the power to your computer and modem is UPS
• Acquire Nokia Suite 3.3 or the Software app on your computer
• Make sure that your device is in online mode
• Connect your Nokia N8 via the main USB Port
• Initiate the app that you downloaded previously
• Follow the steps for updating your phone
• Do not remove the USB cable in any case
• Only remove the cable after the Nokia N8 has said that the update was successful
