Nokia released a new type of for the future devices but mainly for the Symbian generation till yet. There are 4 easy steps to install the new Pure font on to the Nokia N8. So far there have been no reports that the future Nokia N8 updates shall feature this and unfortunately, the Nokia E7 also lacks this.

There are steps where if your device does not feature certain folders, it may be confusing for the user. The most important of them all is that to have a memory card installed for best performance and other technical reasons.

To download the font, click here. The best source that worked for me was on the second paragraph, first source.

Step 1:

Download the Nokia Pure font on the internal memory.

Step 2:

After download, go to the mass memory, and place the folder there. The path should now be M:/Resource/Fonts.

Step 3:

Make sure that there are 4 copies of the same file but each of them should have the following names assigned to them, if not, then change the names to nosnr60.ttf, nssb60.ttf, nstsb60.ttf and S60ZDIGI.ttf. Again, make sure that all of these copies are under M:/Resource/Fonts.

Step 4:

Reboot your Nokia N8 and you can thank me later!
