This is the first handset in history to ever support the full function of Dolby Digital Plus.

This isn’t some cheap performance but the actual thing. Even better than some of the home theater systems. But obviously it can’t replace your spinner at home. So if you go on vacation and sit too far away from the TV then no problem, with an HDMI cable connected to the TV you will be enjoying your device so its full sound capabilities.

The Nokia N8 has 2 microphones, one in the back and one in the face. So when taking a video, your sound will fascinate you with the new technology used.

The handset does support a 3.5mm headphone jack and does also have a microUSB connector so you can hook up extra special audio accessories.
