It’s now the South Africans time to pre-order the superb Nokia N8. The South Africans have waited quiet a while for this, hoping that their turn will soon come and it has.

You’re probably thinking that it is cheap and yes it is for a few people but also it isn’t. It has been told to me that it should cost between R5600-R6200 which is a bit unexpected for a few of the buyers. Well I was atleast thinking that it should cost around R6900 but I was wrong.

The device is been sold unlocked which means that it is usable with any Sim Card in the world.

If you check on Nokia’s website, it says that the device costs $549.

With a delivery date of the end of September.

If you convert it into rands, it will be much cheaper so than you can now say that the South African pre-orders are much more expensive.

In the UK, one of the shops delayed the availability date of the Nokia N8 meaning that the new software might have a few problems and Nokia is touching up on it. Lets just hope that it won’t be delayed as much for the South Africans as I also hope that it won’t.
