On June 14th, Nokia N8 had its regional debut at the Nokia Connections 2010 event organized in Singapore. Also, Symbian^4 is being announced all over the world.Nokia N8 is long awaited in the rest of the world. It was showcased to a large number of attendees from the media and telecom industry.

The event had the presence of Jo Harlow, Senior Vice President, Smartphones and Chris Carr, Vice President, Sales in the Southeast Asia Pacific region. Jo Harlow spoke on the various aspects of the new Symbian^3 OS and how people can create content over Nokia N8 and share it.

Nokia has tied up with the local services in the region to provide live TV to Nokia N8 users. We can hope for more such launches coming up soon in rest of the world. Nokia N8 is to be officially available worldwide in the third quarter of 2010 and we just approaching the end of June into the 3rd quarter. Let’s see which country gets the next launch. The phone should start launching from the starting week of July in various parts of the world. The phone has already got delayed in its release with Nokia’s rival utilizing this opportunity and trying to sabotage the success of Nokia N8.
