The Nokia N8 as already received number of issues, some of them were mentioned during the last week and it also included the solution. This time, the users can’t get MS outlook calendar to sync. The contacts and messages work but they are slow. There is an alternative to this where you can use PC suite which is easier, reliable and faster but the main point is to get the Ovi and Nokia N8 calenders to work together. The way that you can get the Nokia N8 calender and MS outlook calender to sync , if there are duplicate events on both calenders, either delete one of them or change the details slightly. Then you can sync either via Ovi Suite or PC Suite.

Even thought the Nokia N8 recognizes the calenders by sync and not sources, this still has to be done. Seems that this wasn’t cleverly built.

Many have tried with this method and succeed, Nokia hasn’t yet said anything about this specific topic.

If you wish to sync to your enterprise calender, then when sync, you will notice Mail for Exchange. Try to use the Ovi suite to syc the work calender and PC suite for your personal calender.

I haven’t tried either way so i can’t really say that this does work but again, this has worked with other Nokia N8 enthusiasts.
