Due to technical reasons, I wasn’t able to finish the review, I apologize to the readers.

It saddens me to inform the Nokia N8 readers that the week long Nokia N8 detailed review will be over today. I have wrote about the N8 in much detail as I possibly can. It was an amazing journey to find out the N8 properly in depth.

First up, the Performance that the N8 gave us.

Regardless of the congestion in the web browsing department, the 680MHz ARM 11 processor is performing its designated job perfectly. To prove that, graphics acceleration puts the N8 in a higher position in areas like video playback. A 16GB of on-board memory with expandable memory up to 32GB. It’s the media’s dream to have one of them

The voice calling is absolutely clear. During a call on the Nokia N8, the volume is excellent and audible in any environment. A test from a quiet environment to the busiest street known to me, the sound was audible and the background noise had been minimized.

Nokia has done a great job on the battery life of the N8. With a magnificent 1200 mAh battery, the estimated talk time on the N8 is 12.5 hours on GSM and 5.5 hours on 3G. There is also a power saving mode which helped when the N8 was almost dead.

Now I advance to the Conclusion (Drum Rolls):

The Nokia N8 one of the devices that I bid farewell to it happily knowing that it’s good enough for a few. It contains elements that amaze one namely: the camera, the video playback, the powerful built quality, the new Symbian^3 which just doesn’t completely satisfy me. I can for sure say that you won’t find a better camera phone on the market with HD quality. To finalize, a 3.5-inch screen at 360*640 is just perfect for me, but if you wish for a smaller display then the Samsung Wave S8500 is a great choice. Great features and software. Visit the Samsung Wave blog for more.

An unboxing video shall be posted sometime before the 19th November. I’ll post all the links of the N8 review parts in the morning for those that missed out on them.

Enjoy reading!
