There are many applications for the Symbian^3 software but some are left as there are better options. The Nokia N8 Portal has held the countdown before and it is time again. The applications stated this whole week have been tested and therefore voted into the Top 20 Symbian^3 OS Applications Week.

The Nokia N8 is a world recognized device meaning that many  have bought it but not necessarily happy with it, some of the fans bought the Nokia N8 due to its features rather than the OS. These fans prefer Android rather than the forgotten Symbian.

Starting from the 20th place, the Opera Mobile Web Browser qualifies. Opera had promised an App Store to be literally inside the browser but when another version of the browser was up for grabs, no App Store was seen. Many of the Opera fans were disappointed but besides all the troubles and expected stuff, the Pinch zoom and smooth panning lets the user surf in a natural and intuitive way.
