Normally, all the users complain that the camera drains the battery most when in use and the calls. But this time, the N8 that we received showed none of these factors.

The reason?, the team at nokian8portal.com think that the long lasting battery has a major role involoved, it could be as my old N95 8GB battery would drain completely when I used the camera for 2 hours of recording last month.

Some of my colleagues are complaining that their N8 battery drain when they just use it to surf Facebook for 30minutes.

Another confirmed reason is that if you over charge your battery then it sort of gets in the habit of getting charged that often and that much resulting in giving low potential than promised and built for.

I now myself have to use a battery made by one of my friends company with the same confirmed quality by a Nokia Care point, I have to be careful not to over charge it as again I’ll have to spend R250.

This poll should be interesting as many people have their own opinions and not every application is proven to drain the battery.
