WiFi power saving was the main “bug” yesterday where it disconnected the connection continuously and then it would stay like that. Yes, you guessed it right, WiFi power saving causes another problem with large downloads and then the device freezes. You can again try to change the settings in your router but it won’t work.

One of the Nokia Support discussion members managed to fix this issue but it seems that again, this isn’t valid for everyone. In any case, try this, it is the only option at the moment.

Disable the power saving but if you want to go further but please note that if you do not know how to do this, best leave it alone. Disable the WPA2-PSK [AES] security. If you really looking for another option, reset the Nokia N8 to factory settings or clear the cookies as well as the history and everything else that you can clear.

Unfortunately, you cannot uninstall the browser and reinstall but you can use the Opera Mini Browser where an App World was to be included but it hasn’t been seen.
